 PR–1005-L
  Especificación militar MIL-S-4383
PR-1005-L is an aircraft integral fuel tank slosh coating. It has a service temperature range from (-73°C) to (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to (135°C). This material is designed as topcoat or barrier coating. The cured coating is resistant to prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.

PR-1005-L is a one part, synthetic rubber solution. The uncured material is a thin syrup suitable for application by brush, fill-and-drain, dip or spray. It cures at room temperature by the evaporation of solvent to form a smooth, tough, flexible transparent film having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates and polysulfide sealants.

 PR-1422 Class A
  Especificación militar MIL-S-8802
PR-1422 Class A is an aircraft integral fuel tank sealant. It has a service temperature range from (-54°C) to (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to (135°C). This material is designed for brush sealing of fasteners in fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications. The cured sealant maintains excellent lastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.

PR-1422 Class A is a two-part, dichromate cured polysulfide compound. The uncured material is suitable for application by brush in thickness up to 25 mils. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.

 PR-1422 Class B
  Especificación militar MIL-S-8802
PR-1422 Class B is an aircraft integral fuel tank sealant. It has a service temperature range from (-54°C) to (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to (135°C). This material is designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications. The cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.

PR-1422 Class B is a two part, dichromate cured polysulfide compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.

 PR-1440 Class A
  Especificación militar MIL-S-8802
PR-1440 Class A is an aircraft integral fuel tank sealant.

PR-1440 Class A is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured polysulfide compound. The uncured material is suitable for application by brush in thickness up to 25 mils. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.

 PR-1428 Class A
  Especificación militar MIL-S-8784
PR-1428 Class A is a low adhesion sealant. It has a service temperature range from (-54°C) to (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to (135°C). The material is designed for use as an access door sealant or in the fabrication of formin- place (FIP) gaskets.

PR-1428 Class A is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured, polysulfide compound. The uncured material is suitable for application by brush in thickness up to 25 mils. It cures at room temperature to form a removable seal to common aircraft substrates.

 PR-1428 Class B
  Especificación militar MIL-S-8784
PR-1428 Class B is a low adhesion sealant. It has a service temperature range from (-54°C) to (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to (135°C). The material is designed for use as an access door sealant or in the fabrication of formin- place (FIP) gaskets. It can also be used to protect electrical wires, terminals and equipment against fuel, moisture, dirt and short circuits.

PR-1428 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured, polysulfide compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a removable seal to common aircraft substrates.

 PR-1826 Class B
  Especificación militar AMS 3277
PR-1826 Class B is a rapid cure, aircraft integral fuel tank sealant. It has a service temperature range from
(-62°C) to (160°C), with intermittent excursions up to (216°C). This material is designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications. The cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.

PR-1826 Class B is a two-part, epoxy cured Permapol® P-3 polythioether compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste, suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. Unlike standard polysulfide fuel tank sealants, it can cure at low temperatures and is unaffected by changes in relative humidity. This sealant has excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates when correctly primed with PR-1826 Adhesion Promoter.
